Aged 11 to 18? We are recruiting new members to the Youth Panel now!
Hi! We have designed 'A Piece of Mind' to share ideas and activities that support us mentally. There is no wrong way to do anything here - we hope you find these activities to be relaxing, inspiring and creative. Have some fun trying things out!
This video (and this project) was designed with the support of artists (our friends) Hilary Cox Condron and Sally Todd.
Every single care package that we distribute will include a pair of wireless bluetooth headphones. We know that in busy, sometimes over-crowded families getting a bit of silence and some mental space is the hardest thing of all.
We know that the gift of some peace and quiet is something priceless for every recipient.
If you've received one of our boxes (or even if you haven't!) and you've got a great idea about something that helps young people to achieve a sense of peace and calm - why not share it? Use the link below to find us on Twitter and use #pieceofmind for your suggestion!
